The room was modern and had everything I needed, including a big comfy bed, making my business trip really pleasant. It was super convenient being able to stroll over to the Natural Batik Village Market. 🛏️

We enjoyed the hotel, it was recently refurbished and had magnificent location so close to the beach and the waterpark, and local restaurant. The room was newly decorated, it had good wi-fi. The breakfast was reasonable, the check in was easy. The swimming pool was great too. Highly recommended for family vacation.

My children really love the swimming pool!
It was cold shower all throughout! I've stayed there before and had the same problem. The water was too cold.

Great spot for a family getaway! the rooms are super spacious and new, plus they come with a big comfy king-size bed. the staff is really helpful and friendly 🙂. And the breakfast spread has lots of yummy treats for everyone to enjoy.

first of all, the pool is nice and very suitable for my family...the room is nice, clean and the facilities is good, the location is also good..
to me maybe the food at the cafe, i think it should hv an improvement, variety choice...

I like the lagoon pool. It's awesome. Spacious pools and have varieties. Hence, it would be easier for us to swim since less mixture of people in the same pool.
The internal parking sites is limited. Sometimes, when there is any occasion, the parking sites will be full. They should give priority to the guests first rather than allowed for the guest to occupy the parking space.

The room here is affordable, spacious with a king size bed and all the necessary amenities, providing a nice view; the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the location is superb, right by a stream.
